We hired Daniel-Christian Real Estate based on their attention to detail and willingness to help. You certainly have not disappointed. We are very optimistic about the sale of our house. Dianne, you and your team have certainly impressed us. I feel like we have more of a partner than just someone to come over and just list the house. Since the real estate commissions are fixed. (Usually at 6%) I feel we are getting a lot more for the money. I am no stranger to relocating (buying and selling houses).  As this will my 4th move in 12 years with current company. Let's hope for a quick and reasonable dollar sale. I would be more than happy to write a recommendation that you could post on your website or carry around with you as you meet with potential clients. My recommendation would point out the fact that if you are going to hire an agent and pay someone 6% of your home's sale price, you might as well feel that your agent and his or her team has earned the money and just relied on the market. There are too many agents that just want to list a house and do very little to add value these days. I certainly feel you add value and would be happy to state this fact. In markets past, this probably worked, but not so much now. You have raised the bar in what I would expect from an agent/broker at this point and opened my eyes to previous experiences with real estate agents that just want your listing and don't do much beyond this. I don't believe the previous real estate agents were necessarily lazy, but lacked the knowledge of how to market and sell a property. Let me know if you would be interested in this, but perhaps my recommendation could help a potential seller see the light as far as you and team's capabilities. I wouldn't mind speaking with potential sellers if you needed that as well. I have been in sales and sales management for my entire career so I certainly like to award a job well done. I realize the house has not sold yet, but I feel you have put us in the best possible position to sell
